Submission Guidelines

Exhibition Dates:            
Opening Fri, August 29, 2014 with a reception 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Closing: Thurs,  October 2,  2014, 3 p.m.

Artwork Eligible: 
Works on or of paper including prints, photographs, drawings, cut paper, paper sculpture, collage, book art, handmade paper.
Artists Eligible:
          Those working in the United States.
Submissions accepted:          
Beginning March 1, 2014, 12:00 a.m.
Ending June 1, 2014, 12:00 a.m.
Notification:           
Acceptance emails sent on or before July 1, 2014
Works received:    
Between August 4 and August 8, 2014 at

Fee       

$25.00 for each artist. (1-3 submissions per artist.)

Guidelines

  • All submissions must be made on-line at this ArtCall site: Everything Paper. (First register and pay the fee, then login to upload submissions: see header bar top right.)
  • Artists may submit up to 3 artworks for review.
  • Artwork information required at time of on-line submission: Title, dimensions date created, media/technique, 1 - 3 digital images.
  • Image File Types: jpeg, png, gif.
  • Minimum width/height of digital images: 540px Maximum width/height: 2800px.
  • Artist is responsible for cost of shipping work to and from the gallery and must provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Shipping containers must be re-usable for return of work.
  • Work must be shipped or delivered ready to display without special handling and installation must be self-evident.
  • Size limitations of works: 10 ft (height) x 5 ft (width) x 5 ft (depth).
  • The UNO Art Gallery will handle all sales which are subject to a 20% commission for the Gallery.

Accepted Works

  • Upon acceptance, artist information required: short bio, artist statement, phone number, address, sale price or insurance value for each work.
  • Works must be given a sale price or, if not for sale, an insurance value.
  • Works will be insured while on-site only if a price or value is assigned.
  • Accepted works must be received between August 4 and August 8, 2014 at:
